Majd Maaitah
Chief Executive Officer
Majd is a leading figure in MENA’s capital markets with over 30 years of experience in investment banking and listings across the GCC. Known as “The King of IPOs” for his role in facilitating more than 85% of UAE market listings, he brings unmatched expertise in guiding companies through complex regulatory and market environments. Before joining PLP, Majd served as Advisor to the CEO of Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), Managing Director at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), and Board Member of MBME Group (ADX-listed). He holds a Master’s degree in Economics and continues to advise regional exchanges and corporates on listings, governance, and market development. He is deeply committed to advancing the region’s financial ecosystem in market growth.
Ara Khederian
Chief Operating Officer
Ara is a seasoned financial and investment professional with over 30 years of experience across the UK, Europe, India, and the UAE. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) and Certified Director (NACD, USA). In particular, his expertise spans corporate finance, IPOs, M&A, and debt capital markets. Before joining PathLink Partners, Ara led Investor Relations – Middle East at Aditya Birla Group, building partnerships with sovereign funds and family offices. He also held senior roles at International Capital Trading, Abu Dhabi, managing global investments and financial strategy. Currently, he serves as a Non-Executive Director and Board Advisor, guiding organizations on governance and strategic transformation. Driving long-term value through strategic financial leadership.
Reyadh Matar Abujarad

With over 30 years of experience across the government, private, and SME sectors, Reyadh has built a distinguished career empowering organizations through data-driven insights and innovative IT solutions. Founder of the Information Decision Support Center (IDSC) at the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce, he has led major initiatives in digital transformation and strategic decision support. An accomplished economist and entrepreneurship consultant, he has advised entities on economic policy, business innovation, and strategic planning, bridging technology and governance to drive sustainable growth. He is recognized as a thought leader in digital transformation and entrepreneurship, contributing to the Gulf region’s knowledge economy and SME innovation ecosystem.
