المرسوم بقانون اتحادي رقم ٣٧ لسنة ٢٠٢٢ لم يصدر من فراغ. أدركت الحكومات أن أكبر التهديدات للمشاريع الجيلية ليست السوق بل الحوار الذي يُؤجَّل باستمرار.
الشركات العائلية التي ستقود العقد القادم ليست بالضرورة الأقوى اليوم. إنها تلك التي تبني الآن الأسس الصحيحة.
